Ashlee Lear Giannetti, President of A&A CareerConsultants, LLC., brings almost 10 years of recruiting and sales experience to the table. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and Communications from The Ohio State University in 2001, and was an active officer and member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.  Immediately following graduation, she hit the ground running as a recruiter in the healthcare industry. From there she continued her successes as a sales person in business to business sales and then to the pharmaceutical industry.  Ashlee’s ability to recruit top talent in the pharmaceutical world comes from her firsthand experience, being a successful sales person. Ashlee’s passion to start her own recruiting firm finally came to fruition in 2008 and A&A CareerConsultants, LLC took off.  

A&A are active members of both Young Professionals and the Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, OH.  Through their active involvement within the community, A&A has gotten incredible exposure and have become a household name when it comes to recruiting and consulting.  A&A’s true passion is helping entry level candidates to executives,  find the job that truly makes them happy and making sure they are prepared to get that job when the time comes.  The A&A team travels the country preparing college students for the real world through resume preparation, interviewing tips, job searching and more.
